Marketing Manager
Are you a creative, organized, and experienced marketing professional looking to join a dynamic company in Fuengirola and Mijas?
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record to lead and elevate our brand presence across social media and beyond!
Your Job:
- Social Media Management: Take charge of our Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook accounts. Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts to build our brand and attract clients.
- Content Creation: Visit furnished apartments, join the delivery team, and capture high-quality photos and videos for social media and campaigns.
- Marketing Planning: Develop a marketing strategy and a year-long content calendar. Plan, budget, and optimize marketing costs to ensure maximum impact.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance manager and company owner to create, manage, and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and align with business goals.
- Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the e-commerce manager to plan and execute online campaigns aimed at boosting sales and generating leads. Collaborate on website updates and adjustments to ensure maximum online sales potential.
- Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and social media efforts to continually improve results.
- Creative Campaigns: Bring fresh ideas to promote our services and products, and ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the company owner, finance manager, suppliers, and clients to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a marketing manager, ideally in interior design, retail, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook) and content creation tools.
- Excellent photography and visual storytelling skills. Experience in creating marketing plans, calendars, and managing budgets.
- Ability to collaborate with an e-commerce manager to align online marketing efforts with sales goals and website optimization.
- Experience with HubSpot is a major plus.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to assist with on-site activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or other Nordic languages are a plus).
- Must be self-employed/autónomo or willing to join us on a Spanish employment contract.
